A quick photo of the lunar eclipse as seen from my window
Saw this street sign in Kyoto ealier this week. It must mean something in the line of
After arriving at the Shinegawa district in Tokyo, my son and I took the short walk from our hotel, The Strings by InterContinental (http://www.intercontinental-strings.jp/), to the Shinagawa Aquarium (Epson Shinagawa Aqua Stadium).
Here we found not only impressive sharks and rays, but also cute sealions and most entertaining: a dolphin show.
Due to the time of year, the theme for the shows were Halloween - I took these few videos with my phone:
You can of course discuss the ethics of using dolphins and other animals for these kinds of shows, but I'll save that discussion for after the vacation.
